And so the story goes...
My First Christmas Boot – A Gift from Mom!
Why did mom already pick a blue boot for me? Did she somehow suspect I was going to be a boy?
She said I move a lot at night and sleep during the day, like dad 🙂 And that she has cravings of pasta and ice cream, just like dad, too. So perhaps she has a point!
Can’t wait to see what presents I’m getting this year!
Month 4 – Arias Gift – November
A Beating Heart!
Dr. Romero smiles as she encounters a furiously Beating Heart (140+) (download video)  🙂
Canada, eh!
Mom and dad drove to Canada with me!!
We met a lot of my dad’s friends. Derek and Kerry, Adam and Toni (with baby Madison), Steve and Ange live in Ottawa. That’s Canada’s capital. Chris and Josie live a lot farther north, in a place called (appropriately) North Bay! 🙂 Laureen came too. She’s not Canadian, she’s very American. But she’s a great friend too, and came to this nice reunion.
This picture was taken at Steve and Ange’s place. It’s all of us!
We told them I was coming and we had a nice celebration!
On their way back, mom and dad got me my first Canadian outfit! Can’t wait to wear it and pose for a picture for my Canadian friends!
Boy or Girl? Gift from Yvette…
My First Newell’s Old Boys Credential!
Month 3 – Arias Gift – October
The Burneo Announcement
Finally mommy decided to tell the Burneo side of the family that I was on my way!! 🙂
Mom had prepared a whole suite of little gifts made with Kinder Surprise eggs, that she bought at Ezeiza (the airport in Buenos Aires, Argentina) on her way back from Rosario with dad.
This is the Kinder surprise for Dad:
Then mom started giving out the first gift from me to my Burneo relatives!
Here’s uncle David and tia Duve with a curious look on their faces. What is this thing?
And tio Alex surprised and finally understanding… 🙂
Tio renzo got very emotional. Dad calls him “padrino”, since he’s the godfather of my cousin Brittany. He doesn’t know yet that dad will ask him to be my padrino too 🙂
And this is padrino Renzo fused in a biiiiiiig hug with mommy and cousins Veronika and Ian:
Here are  my granny Reina (with mom) and grandpa Jaime. They’re mom’s mom and dad:
And finally, here’s my tia Patty (mom’s sister). She’s quietly enjoying a happy moment! 🙂
Feeling Ginger
Ginger Ale, mom’s favorite ally for morning (and all-day) sickness…
Fortunately, it seems that the medicine Doctor Romero gave mom is working! Sunday and Monday were difficult days, but we’re at day two now without major complications! Mom feels happier and she’s smiling again after so many days feeling sick!! 🙂
